Traditional Buffet Menus
All meals include a choice of salad (Spring Mix Greens with Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Garlic Croutons and your choice of Dressing OR Caesar Salad with Creamy Caesar Dressing, Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Croutons), white and wheat rolls, and freshly brewed coffee. If you would like any other menu items, please ask Dave and he can quote you a price for your choice of menu. |

Bonleess breasts, baked in a chicken cream sauce with mushrooms
Fried Chicken
Breaded in our special seasonings and fried golden brown
Oven Roasted Chicken
Boneless breasts, baked in a mushroom sauce, or marinated in oil and paprika
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Ham and cheese wrapped in a lightly breaded chicken breast and topped with a cream sauce, grated parmesan cheese and parsley
Chicken Modiga
Chicken breasts lightly covered in Italian bread crumbs, then sauteed in a butter, lemon,and white wine sauce and covered with provel cheese and fresh mushrooms
Chicken Parmesan
Breast of chicken, sauteed and covered with a tangy marinara sauce, provelone cheese and topped with shredded parmesan cheese and parsley
Chicken Picata
Sauteed breast of chicken served with a lemon butter and caper sauce
Golden Roasted Turkey Breasts
Slow cooked to keep in all the natural juices
Fried Coconut Shrimp
Butterflied shrimp covered in a sweet coconut batter, fried to a golden brown and served with a spicy cocktail sauce

Bar packages are based on a consecutive four hour, open bar per person. Extra hours are available at $5.00 per person, per hour, based on the original guarantee of guests, for a maximum of 5 hours. Bar packages include bartenders.
Total package cost, which includes all labor, taxes, gratuities, food and beverages, is $40.00 per person.

Notes and other available services
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Your charges will be due in full 14 calendar days prior to your event via a cashier’s check, money order or cash. Your deposit will be returned within 14 days if there are no damages.
Sit down service is available at $5.00 per person
Water service is available at $3.00 per person
Extra hour premium bar service at $5.00 per person per hour
